Filter separator elements are used for removal of aerosol mist from 0.3 micron size as well as solid particulates. Graduated-density bonded fiberglass tube with cotton sock on both sides (to prevent fiber migration), supported by a sturdy metal core.

Coalescing cartridges designed to remove 0.3 micron and larger aerosol mist from natural gas applications such as lube oil recovery downstream of a compressor. Boro-silicate micro-fiberglass depth media is pleated for maximum surface area. Flow pattern is from the inside to the outside.

String wound cartridges for use in solid particulate removal from liquids. Continuously wound from cotton, polypropelene, rayon, polyester or nylon. String wound filters are a good choice in applications where high solids-loading is expected, as they are inexpensive. These are available in micron ratings of 0.5, 1, 5, 10, and higher.

Liquid coalescer elements are used in our Liquid-liquid coalescers/separators as first stage coalescers in our two-stage unit. These coalesce small droplets of an aqueous solution into larger droplets which can then be removed by gravity and hydrophobic cartridges.
|
Liquid-liquid separator cartridges, used in our liquid-liquid separator as the second stage, hydrophobic elements (which repel water droplets while allowing hydrocarbon liquids to pass through). Available in silicon impregnated pleated paper for disposable use or silicon impregnated 100 x 100 monel wire mesh for semi-permanent use.
