| Sample Coolers
Samples can be water, process liquid, vapor, gas or steam. Coolant or heating fluid can be water, process liquid, gas or steam (heating). Sample coolers can be used for condensing and cooling HOT GASES and STEAM. Two or three units are used in series for more cooling.

Coils are made with special tooling to reduce coil flattening and eliminate "kinking."
Sample pressure to 2000 PSIG or higher.
Standard shell design: 285 PSIG.

| MATERIALS:
TUBE: carbon steel, 304SS, 316SS, monel 400, nickel 200, inconel, incoloy, hastelloy B or 276C and titanium.
SHELL: carbon steel is standard (other materials available).
EXAMPLE ORDER: 3 - Type 520-FC Sample Coolers, 1/4" 304SS coil, 3-1/2" O.D. carbon steel shell. Sample coil design: 800 PSIG. Shell design: 285 PSIG.
